Studio Rental Agreement

Please review the terms below.
You will be asked to complete and sign this agreement when confirming your booking.
By booking and using the studio, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your time.
The remaining balance must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to keep your reservation confirmed.
If the remaining balance is not completed by the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation and the time slot may be released.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
Booking fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.
Late arrivals do not extend your reserved time.
Studio Use
Your reserved time includes setup and teardown. Please plan accordingly.
The renter is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was found.
Pets or any type of animals are not allowed inside the studio.
All guests and clients must follow studio rules during the session.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the studio.
Shoes are not permitted on newborn backdrops, mats, or designated newborn areas.
Noise levels must remain respectful of neighboring spaces.
Capacity is limited to a maximum of 8 people per session unless approved in advance.
Cleaning & Condition
All trash must be removed and the space must be left clean and organized.
Excessive mess, spills, or misuse of props may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Loose glitter and confetti are not permitted in the studio.
Any materials that create excessive mess or are difficult to clean are prohibited.
Newborn Studio Room
The newborn studio room is a separate add-on and must be reserved in advance.
This space is required for sessions using newborn setups, wraps, accessories, blankets or props, etc.
Shoes are not permitted on newborn backdrops, mats, or designated newborn areas.
Props & Equipment
All props, furniture, and equipment must be used with care and only for their intended purpose.
Newborn props and setups must be handled with clean hands and proper care.
Liability & Responsibility
Any damage to props, furniture, equipment, or backdrops will be charged to the renter based on repair or replacement cost.
The renter is responsible for supervising all guests and children at all times.
Children must not be left unattended in the studio.
The studio is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during your session.
Security / Cameras
Security cameras may be in use for safety and liability purposes.
Overtime
Sessions must end at the scheduled time.
Additional time may be charged in hourly increments if the renter exceeds their reserved time.
Overtime may be charged if the space is available. Availability is not guaranteed.
Agreement
By submitting this form and completing your payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
