Welcome to 4Ever Memories Productions Studio, a creative space made by a photographer, for photographer and creators and small brands.
We are conveniently located inside of the East End Lofts building at 2115 Runnels St, Houston TX 77003.
Our studio combines timeless architecture with modern design. Featuring natural light, industrial textures, and curated décor, it’s the perfect space for photographers, videographers, and creatives of all kinds.

Hourly Rental
$45/hour (2-hour minimum)
Perfect for photographers who need flexible access for portrait or lifestyle sessions.
3-Hour Rental
$130 (save $5) Perfect for extended sessions that need more setup or outfit changes.
Half-Day Rental
$160 for 4 hours (save $20)
Ideal for mini-session days or multiple client shoots.
Full-Day Rental
$300 for 8 hours (save $60)
Best for workshops, content days, or video production.
Monthly Creators' Subscription

$200/month gives you: 4 sessions (2-hour each) at $40/hr (saving $20/hr), early booking access (you can book up to 4 weeks ahead), plus 10% off any add-ons (maternity dress rentals etc).

Upgrade to “Unlimited” for $350/month: up to 8 sessions/month, plus 15% off any add-ons (maternity dress rentals etc).

Mommy & Me Styled Setup (included upon request)
• Soft draped setup designed for maternity and motherhood sessions

• Must not be altered or rearranged
All bookings are subject to our studio policies and rental agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book the studio?
Bookings are completed online through our reservation system.
Select your date and time, submit payment, and your session is confirmed immediately.
If you need help choosing a time or have questions before booking, feel free to contact us first.
Can I visit before booking to see the space?
Yes, studio tours are available by appointment only.
Because the space is frequently booked for sessions, we schedule short viewing times in between reservations when possible.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes. There's parking in the property as well as on the street options.
Detailed parking instructions will be sent after booking to ensure a smooth arrival.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
Pets or any type of animals are not allowed inside the studio.
Can I shoot boudoir content?
Yes, boudoir sessions are permitted.
We simply ask that all content remains legal, respectful of the space, and does not cause damage to furniture or backdrops.
If you have specific setup questions, feel free to ask before booking.
Studio Rules & Policies
Please respect the space and others
Rules:

No smoking or vaping.

Shoes are not permitted on newborn backdrops, mats, or designated newborn areas.

Maximum of 8 people per session unless approved in advance.

Keep noise reasonable (no loud music or shouting).

Sessions must end on time. Additional time may be charged if you exceed your booking.

Loose glitter and confetti are not permitted in the studio.

The space must be left clean and in the same condition. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee.
Deposit & Cancellations:

$55 non refundable booking fee for rentals under 4 hours.

$80 booking fee for rentals of 4 hours or longer.

Remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled session. Reservations may be released if not completed on time.

Reschedules allowed with 48+ hours’ notice.
Liability:

Any damage may be charged based on repair or replacement cost.

Renter must supervise all guests and clients at all times.
All bookings are subject to our studio policies and rental agreement.
