Cancellation Policy

Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Thank you for choosing 4Ever Memories Photography to capture your special moments. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and preserving your memories in a unique and artistic way. Please take a moment to review our refund and rescheduling policy. Refunds: Due to the nature of our services and the time and effort invested in each session, we do not offer refunds once a session has been booked and completed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to discuss alternative solutions, such as rescheduling (subject to rescheduling fees, outlined below). Rescheduling Fee: Should you need to reschedule your session, a fee of $35 will be applied. This fee helps cover administrative costs, scheduling adjustments, and ensures that our commitment to your original booking is respected. Procedure for Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 15 days before your scheduled session to discuss rescheduling. A rescheduling fee of $35 will be applied to the new session date. The rescheduling fee must be paid in full before the new session is confirmed. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within reason. By booking a session with 4Ever Memories Photography, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our refund and rescheduling policy.
